There’s nothing more beautiful than springtime in Washington. The real estate market starts to pop, which is good news for our clients. (And fun for me!) Enjoy the cherry blossoms! – Mandy Mills

In the spring, the housing market blossoms along with the cherry trees. With more buyers out looking, we see an uptick in open house attendance, and sellers have more offers to choose from. Flowering trees also make for picturesque curb appeal.

We work hand in hand with our clients to show your house in its best light, from recommending upgrades and renovations to professional staging. By focusing on usability and the aesthetics of the space, we help buyers visualize themselves in your home. And with a personalized marketing plan, our team ensures that every home gets broad exposure.
Check out these amazing houses we have listed this spring. If you’d like a personal tour of any of these spectacular homes, email

Which neighborhoods do you enjoy showing? Given that I am licensed in D.C., Maryland and Virginia, I like any neighborhood that excites my clients. When I see a certain twinkle in a client’s eye, it makes me super happy.
If you could live anywhere in D.C., where would you live & why? Oh, that’s easy. I would buy a house next to the Obamas in Kalorama. Not only is the architecture phenomenal, but how fun would it be to have backyard bootcamp workouts with Michelle and Margarita Mondays with Barack?!
Tell us a fun fact about yourself. I studied to be a sommelier. My favorite food pairing is fried chicken and champagne. If you've never tried it, you're missing out!

In February, the team hosted an event for more than 50 clients who celebrated their recent closings. Hosted at the gorgeous Brothers & Sisters bar in the fashionable LINE Hotel, neighbors, agents and staff had the opportunity to connect in an intimate, convivial atmosphere while enjoying delicious food and drinks. We loved hearing about our clients’ connections to the homes that we helped them buy and sell. Homes really are the heart of our lives, and we were honored to be able to celebrate with so many friends.
What’s for dinner? Your decision has never been tougher — or more exciting. Topping the highly anticipated Washingtonian rankings this year is Metier, deemed the most beautiful dining experience in Washington, and Komi, an old favorite that never ceases to surprise and delight.
