Formed in 2005 around a concept of how to better serve the needs of our clients, MDT Real Estate has successfully completed nearly $3 Billion in real estate transactions. With over 500 5-star reviews on Zillow and nearly 100 on yelp!, we are truly The Most Trusted Name in DC-area real estate. In 2015, we became the first team outside of NYC to join Compass. We appear on the Wall Street Journalโs annual Real Trends The Thousand and have been recognized by Washingtonian Magazine in their list of Top 100 Agents every year since its inception in 2015.
Formerly known as The Mandy & David Team, the group was built to provide white glove service at every turn. We are a true team โ committed to working together and supporting each other in order to enhance the experience of our buyers and sellers. Experienced agents from around the region are backed by professional staff, assisting our clients through every single aspect of their experience, whether buying or selling. We work tirelessly to find our clients the home or potential buyer that best suits their needs, at the best price possible. We love the DC metropolitan area and our team represents many of its jurisdictions.
